[isf-wifidog] Install issues with Ununtu Hardy Heron

I have very carefully followed the instructions on the wiki site for  
my distro
http://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/doc/install/ubuntu/auth-server

The install was seamless until the last part of the install.php  
process when the admin user is created.  Nothing seems to happen and  
the user is not created.

I can see the welcome screen asking me to login.  Creating a new user  
works fine as well. (seen at renjar.gotdns.org)

Any suggestions on how I can manually create the admin user or  
suggestions on what has gone wrong?
