You can't, wifidog works the other way around (when multiple connections 
aren't enabled):  If a user tries to connect twice, the previous connection 
is closed.  Otherwise the device that the user previously connected with 
could hog the account indefinitely, preventing the user from using his 
account until he logs off from the other device, or physically turns it off.
