[isf-wifidog] patch merge policy?

I'm wondering what the patch merge policy is? I've submitted two patches
(http://dev.wifidog.org/ticket/452 and http://dev.wifidog.org/ticket/453) 
and need to do more work on the codebase. I'm worried that my codebase
will diverge too much from mainline and it'll be harder to merge changes
later on.

I could fork the code and load it until a local repository, but I'ld
rather not do that unless I really have to.
