[isf-wifidog] Block MAC Address on server

I was thinking of resorting to block the address directly on the router too. Thanks for your feedback guys :)

We had a case like that at MSF where a user refused to register.  We
warned him via the site, and when he would not stop, we simply blocked
his MAC address at the router.  He was not using a portable, so it was
easy to detect and fix.  By the time we stopped him, he was 30% of our
customer base.

minutes, don't validate it, and then register another. Since there are
no ways to delete users (yet?), then it's important to block them
