[isf-wifidog] multiple connections

I explane better my situation about multiple connections: 
A "test" user in connected to wifidog..a second "test" user succesfully login...but if this second "test" user login in another laptop the first "test" user continue to have internet access...so I have 2 test user with internet access.
Is it normal or is there something wrong in my configuration?
