Please keep such discussions on the mailing list, where others can help.

Here are a few observations:
-Make sure you did not enable the rules to block access to private LANs un the 
global ruleset
-Try it with the default rules, in case there is another port use
-All the rules you added above do not actually do anything, FirewallRule allow 
to 0.0.0.0/0 allows access to all ports and protocol.
-Does it work if you connect to the printer directly (specifying the IP 
address) instead of browsing for it?  It may be that the browse packets get 
blocked.  They are not supposed to once the user is logged-in, but it may 
help narrow it down.
-What version of the gateway are your running.
