[isf-wifidog] help in setting of auth-server

I try to install wifi-dog's auth-server and in setting of it I receive this error what I have to do:
Smarty installation     Smarty is known as a "Template Engine". Wifidog s internal fonctionnality needs it.
Download source code (Smarty-2.6.7.tar.gz) : ErrorCurrent working directory : /var/www/html/wifidog/tmp/smarty
