[isf-wifidog] change_password.php problem

I just received an email from a user who was trying to change his
password -- he said the form wasn't allowing him to enter his
username.  I've checked it, and he's right... once logged in (I've
only tested it with an "offsite" login), going to change_password.php
shows the form correctly, but I'm not able to enter any input into the
username box.  If I try not entering a username, the form returns the
error: Username is required.

I could've sworn this wasn't a problem prior to our auth server
upgrade, a couple of weeks ago.  The problem seems to also exist on
the ISF auth server, though, again, I only tried it with an "offsite"
login.

(Should this be a bug report in Trac instead?  Or also?)
