[isf-wifidog] Database connection problem

The problem is not directly related to Wifidog or PostgreSQL, but with
your kernel settings. PostgreSQL had reach kernel soft-limitation. Check
your settings with : ulimit -a

To solve your problem, you will need to allocate more ressources to the
user running PostgreSQL.
