Wifidog hardly has any dependencies.  Mostly, it wants standard development 
toole.  The following command should get you a good part of the way on 
Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get install gcc libtool gengetopt doxygen make

Then re-run configure, there shouldn't be much left to install.

I'm not aware af any pre-built .deb for ubuntu.
