[isf-wifidog] connection to database

i tried to install wifidog-auth-server on fedora-core-6 but i can't connect to the database and in the page of "database connection" i reseive this error :

Postgresql database connection : Unable to connect to database on localhost
The database must be online to continue.
Please go back and retry with correct values

     
what i have to do?
