Not at all, the RADIUS and LocalUserNoSignup authenticators already do some of 
that.  You will need some additional features in the base Authenticator 
class, but none of them are hard to implement.

The direction that WiFiDog has is to remain architecturally flexible enough to 
eventually support all the 
http://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/WirelessCommunityModels (Your's is part 
of "Closed community").  Off course, some of what you want may be of little 
relevance to some developpers local context, but that doesn't mean we are 
against it.

When adding new features, one is simply expected not to make existing one's 
unusable, and discuss them beforehand if they require very invasive changes 
in the core.  But that isn't a problem in your case.  It's simply a matter of 
making the appropriate things configurable.
