[isf-wifidog] Internationalization of a big application

There's a project that I'm working on where we're taking an extensive  
and sizable application (that's all ASCII/PHP/MySQL and has  
geolocation and payment components) and localizing it for a number of  
international countries.

We're looking for a consultant that can spend a few hours with us to  
understand both the strategy and tactics of making this software  
internationalized, and then localizing it for a few countries first,  
and then rolling out more localizations over time.

Do any of you know of someone who can help with this?
