It's related to the French translation providing 3 tokens whereas english one 
(and the sprintf function) provide only 2 tokens...

We have a bugfix of translation here :

(I know : I should submit this bugfix and all others in Wifidog Trac, and I'll 
do it. Maybe I need an SVN account ? ;)

AFAIK, It's not related. For a while we have the same warning (until we found 
it's i18n related) but mails are send successfuly...
