[isf-wifidog] server specs

If you are only running wifidog with 50 nodes there should not be any  
problem, as long as you have a sane Postresql database (ie running  
autovacuum regularly etc...) But if you run VPNs to all the boxes  
that might start to be a little short for 512 MB ...
