[isf-wifidog] Splash screen only

I am new to wifidog community, and have wondered.:

Is there a configuration option so that wifidog just redirect to a 
external web server (not in the AP) for a single, "splash screen 
only", without needing an authentication server.

I am using wifidog 1.1.3 beta 4, on a modified linux distro (2.4.x 
kernel).
