[isf-wifidog] Error During Installation

I had a similar problem during my installation.

The first error you have accounted for seems to be normal. For some reason,
when the installation script completes it attempts to create another user
with the same details as the first one. This violates the manner in which
wifidog works, as it requires each user to be unique. Don't worry, the first
user you created (your admin account) should still be there.

The second error may refer to a problem with setting the locale.
Unfortunately I don't have a copy of wifidog to hand so I can't advise you
precisely, but you need to change the locale from 'fr' to your own locale.

Someone else may be able to fill in the gaps. Sorry I couldn't be more
precise.
