[isf-wifidog] Hotspots map on IE

 From what I remember, when we had the IE bug back in July it was  
simply because the javascript code started before the DIVs were all  
created. I'd have to check the code in hotspots_map.php ... I need to  
go to school now . But I'm pretty sure it's related to that.
