[isf-wifidog] Hotspots map on IE

The recent changes helped.  IE doesn't crash over http.

But the two links still generate an "Operation Aborted" dialog box.  If you click ok, you get page not displayed. 
The https link also generates a message first saying there are secure and non-secure items.

Any ideas?
