Should be replaced to a NON SSL URL.

Everything on this page needs to have normal NON-SSL URL ressources  
(I'm not talking about link URLs here, only actual resources used in  
the page) since the Google javascript is provided through plain HTTP,  
So here the pushpins should be retrieved the same way.


So use BASE_NON_SSL_PATH, defined on line 50 of  
path_defines_url_constants.php instead.

Add around line 126 of SmartyWifidog.php a non SSL variable
