[isf-wifidog] Hotspot Map Crashes IE

I remember that Dana added an Apache hook to force SSL when we were at
WSFII, London. But that was a while ago, IE must've been working since
then... Never seen any IE issue since last July. So I have no idea what
you're problem might be.

Have you changed your Apache conf lately ?
