sure it is ... but what i like about the severity is blocker for  
example.

so we could actually freeze a release until a blocker has been  
resolved whereby a ticket with high priority (wanted feature) could  
be moved to another milestone ...

anyway ... it works as it is right now ... it's just been a  
suggestion ...
