[isf-wifidog] Strange intermittent bug with Google Maps

On https://auth.nycwireless.net/hotspots_map.php, I'm seeing a  
strange bug with the displayed google map of hotspots. Basically, in  
Safari, the map graphic thinks it is about 75 pixels higher than it  
really is. This results in a section at the bottom of the map that  
the map thinks is off screen, but is actually on screen. As a result,  
there is a gray bar where the bottom row of map images should be. Its  
easier to see if you look at a screenshot, which I've uploaded here:
