[isf-wifidog] Translation

Hi,

I'm new in the list and started to use wifidog two or three ago and want to
help translating and improving it.

I translated WifiDog to portuguese and i have noted that some parts of the
UI doesnt seem to be translated, like the text at the botton of the
screen (Please
inform us of any problem or service interruption at) and the one at the main
screen ( The Unnamed network network currently has 2 valid users, 0 users
are currently online. It currently has 0 deployed hotspots, 0 hotspots are
currently operational.). Even when I choose English or Portuguese, and i
have translated this part, these texts remains in English.
I would like to know how to correct these things, or how to help correcting
them.
