[isf-wifidog] Noob install question

Hi Max!

	Thanks for the sugestion, I got the SVN version this morning, but
went ahead and got it again a few minutes ago just to be sure I had the
latest (rev 984).  I still get the same error.  Here is some more info,
maybe you need...??

Server: RedHat ES4
Web: Apache 2.0.52
PHP: 5.1.2, built with these options :  ./configure'
'--with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs' '--with-pgsql' '--with-mysql' '--with-gettext'
'--enable-mbstring' '--with-mcrypt' '--with-mhash' '--with-xmlrpc'
Pgsql, 8.1.3-1PGDT
