[isf-wifidog] Problems on the servers?

Its just happened to me again.  Once again, to dev.wifidog.org but not 
www.ilesansfil.org.  Restarting bind on my router clears up the issue (which 
will no doubt come back).  So it's likely there is some local component to 
this problem, but why only on the wifidog web sit, and no other (that I could 
find)?  The following are the two dig queries (from a computer behind the 
router) one made before restarting bind, the other after.  I don't know all 
that much about bind (Running version 9.3.1), so if anyone has an idea...
