[isf-wifidog] Spanish translation from Universidad Tecnologica Centroamricana

Hi !

I saw that our friends from Universidad Tecnologica Centroamricana in  
Honduras wrote the Spanish translation file (as I can see from their  
portal page). I would really appreciate if you could send us the PO  
file so we can integrate it. I'm really really pleased to see that we  
are covering most of the popular languages now ... Spanish is really  
missed :-)
