[isf-wifidog] Req for radius configuration with bandwidth control example

That can be done, but is there a way to get the bandwidth information  
from Radius? (ie which ip get's how much b/w) So far all I have read  
about radius is that it can be done, but no docs about how to go about  
doing it.

Any radius related docs are most welcome.
