[isf-wifidog] Problems with the installation

OK, I really think it's time we package another version of the Auth.  
Server to put on Sourceforge so we don't get this recurring issue  
anymore ...

Who packaged the last Auth Server (october 2005). Maybe it was  
Philippe ....
