[isf-wifidog] MySQL support - shouldn't we skip it?

I've had the opposite opinion.  It's inarguable that mysql is more of  
a household item (in IT) than postgresql and I think that it would  
make the entry point for sysadmins interested in WiFiDog a bit lower.

However, I now also support the "nuke it" opinion:
1. We talked a lot about going through the PHP code to mysql- 
friendlify it, however it never seems to happen due to lack of  
desire, lack of time, or both.
2. If we actually get it done, it may hamper RAD on the db-level for  
future features.
3. PostgreSQL is really a much better solution.  Over the past  
several months of using it I've become a staunch advocate.

So, for all it counts, here's my $0.02 for "nuke it" :)
