Yes, but we decided to have one website, because it was already a  
problem to update everything, until now Trac is pretty good, a couple  
of people from the list wrote parts of the doc. So Trac is a great  
tool for this. And there is no problem in prettying up the home page  
with Trac so that people surfing won't go away too quickly.

Yeah sure we need to have a page that explains what it is for the  
average Joe and that's why there is an About page, maybe we should  
move the About text on the home page and put the menu in a small  
table just beside it. But other than a few words of explanation, the  
average Joe will never be interested in knowing of to install the  
whole damn thing or how the gateway <--> server protocol works ! We  
(at least I) won't spend time on more than the About text for these  
people.

There are templates in /usr/share/trac/templates and /usr/share/trac/ 
htdocs
