[isf-wifidog] CVS 05 Jan, 2005 server install fails

This explains (to me) what I am seeing, my SYSTEM_PATH has always been /.  My 
configuration worked okay until my most recent CVS update.

I think the auto generated SYSTEM_PATH is incorrect when /var/www/ is a link.

I THINK YOU CAN CREATE MY PROBLEM on any system by copying everything from 
/var/www to another directory, cp -rfpu /var/www/*  /somewhere/.  Then delete the 
directory /var/www/ with rm -rf /var/www.  Create the link ln -s /somewhere  /var/www. 
Then try to use the wifidog server.

Of course, the /var/www directory can be restored to a real directory and everything 
copied back when the test is completed.
