Raj,
I finally licked all my issues (not bad for a late night fix.) :)
Here's my suggestion for you.
make sure your ipkg.conf has src entries for both the
/backports/rc5/packages (where wifidog sits)
and the /whiterussian/newest/....
As you found out the dependancies are sort of weird and it looks like it
grabs the right dependancy files when they are also in the ipkg listings
but it doens't seem to error out]
for those not in the list.
Anyhow, first do a ipkg remove wifidog so that you're clean.
then: you'll need:
libgcc
libpthreads
iptables
iptables-extra
kmod-iptables
One of these has like 8 other dependancies so don't be suprised when your
unit installs 1/2 of that whiterussian directory.
When all is done, edit your wifidog.conf file.
Let me know how you make out.
