[isf-wifidog] Trouble with Wifi Install

Thanks guys I finally got this to work PHP5, Fedora, Apache2.0,
PostgresSQL..

I get error message unable to connect to the database, Looks like there is
configuration and permision issue..
I created a user wifidog like the install.php directed. I also created the
database wifidog,
The linux user is not wifidog so the problem is there it is unable to
connect. Any anybody help with permission issue
so I can pull up the index.php file.
