[isf-wifidog] install/upgrade issues admin account

Looks like the only columns (I guess that's what you want) in the users
table are: user_id, pass, email, account_status, validation_token,
reg_date, username, and account origin.  I'm not sure how the install
worked before, but it was; had no hiccups what so ever.
