[isf-wifidog] Cross-compiling WifiDog gateway

Ok,

I reflashed my router with WhiteRussian RC5 (and verified it works).   
I then checked out the latest gateway source from SVN.  It does  
contain the RC4 rules, but my attempt to cross-compile it failed,  
this time with an Error 127.
