[isf-wifidog] Wifidog install problem

Well, I was able to get past the DB problem, but still
ran into some issues with the admin ID creation.  I'm
in a time crunch, so my solution was to get NoCat up
and running.  Which I did.  I'll figure out Wifidog
when I have the time.  Thanks for everyone's help.
