[isf-wifidog] Auth server setup

Well, I'm talking about the auth server.

It's running on a Debian Sarge stable server ...

Apache 2.0.54 prefork (Debian package)
PHP 5.0.5 (compiled because there is no official PHP5 package for Sarge)
eAccelerator 0.9.3 (compiled, too)

it never happened to me before that a PHP script segfaulted.
