[isf-wifidog] NYCw: Draft Basic Runthrough of WifiDog setup

As I told, when I met you in NYC. We now simply use the Linksys stock  
web interface to flash the routers with OpenWRT ( firmware upgrade  
page ). It's much more simple and does not require the user to do  
cryptic stuff like ping test bug and tftp...
