[isf-wifidog] Downtime notifications

Could you guys add email notifications on Up/Down event for hotspots? I 
just noticed after 6 days that my hotspot was down... I think I know why 
it crashed, but if I have had an e-mail telling me it was down it 
wouldn't stay down for more han a few hours at worst.

It's particulary sad since this hotspot is next to the old HEC and the 
Autumn session has just started... :( I believe we've lost a great deal 
of publicity with this downtime.


Tell me what you can do guys, but just having an e-mail sent to a 
particular e-mail address when a hotspor goes down/up would be very great!!
