[isf-wifidog] Radius Accounting & Windows Firmware Installer (Sagar)

I have no problem distributing a Windows installer, although none of  
the programmers in the Wifidog crew have Windows boxes. We are all  
Mac OS X / Linux. If someone has windows programming knowledge fine.
