[isf-wifidog] problem with radius auth

Hi,

Be aware that radius is broken for now in wifidog.

Anyway, your problem is not linked to that, maybe the include path
are not the godd ones, check the presence of Auth/RADIUS.php in /usr/share/pear
and if it is not in there, you should change or add the right
include path in /etc/pear/pear.conf
