[isf-wifidog] configure client bypass

Here at Ile Sans Fil, we simply create two v-lans, one regrouping physical
ethernet ports and another one for wifi. this way we let wifidog sniff
only the wifi interface.
I'll let somebody who's comfortable with the vlan thing answer on how to
actually do it...
