	PgSQL scales fairly well with every bit of shared memory and
disk spindles you throw at it ;-). Large (read 50M+ rows) table can have
very acceptable *reporting* performance with some clever coding and savvy
administration.

	128M is more then reasonable for a few thousands users and a few
dozen hotspots...
