[isf-wifidog] some bug in the portal

Wo... gotta check that. First, everybody has access to "Gestionnaire  
de contenu" but they see only the content they created ( kind of My  
Yahoo ), but we're not promoting it since the user profiles aren't  
implemented yet. But I don' know either why it would trigger a delete...
