[isf-wifidog] OpenWRT ISF bin install

Thank you Phillipe, your instructions worked great. I rebooted after
succesfully TFTPing the ISF v2.2 OpenWRT bin to the router, then held
the reset button for 2 seconds (and only 2 seconds) once the DMZ light
came on - everything's working now.

Also, not sure if this is relevant/expected, as an experiement I
re-installed an 'official' Linksys firmware by TFTPing and then
installed the ISF OpenWRT image over the top of that and did not
experience the same problem. Not sure if it was something about going
from the experimental OpenWRT image to the ISF OpenWRT image that was
causing my problems perhaps.

Thanks, Patrick
