[isf-wifidog] Abt Installation

Someone else should've answered but I'll try to take a jab at it.

Have you looked under /usr/local/etc ? If not I'm sure there's a 
wifidog.conf somewhere in the tar file and it's easy to find, just copy it 
over and edit it after. Good luck.
