[isf-wifidog] Abt Installation

i tried to install the package   wifidog-1.1.1.tar

i did the same installation as defined.in the INSTALL file.the installation
went well.But it was talking about a file called /etc/wifidog.conf.But even
after the installation that file is not there.as the installation defined
that the default location is at /usr/local/bin.Now how can i solve this
any one got an idea..
