[isf-wifidog] RADIUS auth STABLE

A stable version of the RADIUS Auth + Accounting is now in the CVS. I translated many strings to comply with the new features. The validation , lost username and password e-mails are translated.

The only problem I have is that I could not translate the constants define in config.php.

Ex. : VALIDATION_EMAIL_SUBJECT
define('VALIDATION_EMAIL_SUBJECT', HOTSPOT_NETWORK_NAME._(" new user validation"));

Gettext does the translation on the spot, so it gets the default english ! :-(

Anybody knows how to fix it ?
