[isf-wifidog] RADIUS authentication branch on CVS

Important warning to all Wifidog developpers.

Benoit has just left for Ottawa and told me that I must warn you that he committed the RADIUS auth branch in the CVS HEAD of Wifidog-auth module. That means if you checkout the project, you will get a non-working version of the auth server. I'm currently working on finishing RADIUS auth. It should be partially working tomorrow night ( tuesday, march 29th ). This will be a major update, with SQL schema update and a whole new authentication abstraction scheme.
